# Quick Start

> Learn how to save your first webpage to Google NotebookLM in under 30 seconds using Web Clipper. Clip articles, blog posts, and YouTube videos for AI analysis.

## Before you start

Make sure you're logged into a Google account in your browser.

## Add a page

1. Navigate to any webpage you want to save
2. Click the Web Clipper icon in your toolbar
3. Select a notebook from the dropdown (or create a new one)
4. Click **Add Page to Source**

That's it — your page is now a source in NotebookLM, ready for AI-powered analysis.

## What happens next

Once added, you can:

* Ask NotebookLM questions about the content
* Combine it with other sources for deeper research
* Generate summaries, study guides, or FAQs

## Tips for your first clips

* **Articles and blog posts work great** — clean text content clips well
* **YouTube videos** have a contextual "Add to NotebookLM" button right on the page
* **Complex pages** with lots of interactive elements may clip partially — stick to content-heavy pages for best results
