This refund policy is provided in English only. The English version is the legally binding document.
Overview
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
- The purchase is your first transaction (refunds apply to initial purchases only, not subscription renewals).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact Paddle support through your purchase receipt email or visit the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net.
- Provide your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.
EU/EEA Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive.
When you purchase a subscription and access the digital content immediately, you may be asked to provide explicit consent to waive your 14-day withdrawal right. This consent is collected by Paddle during the checkout process.
If this waiver does not apply to your purchase, your full statutory withdrawal rights are honored.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 14 days after the initial purchase.
- The charge is for a subscription renewal (cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges).
- There is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy.
