Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Web Clipper for NotebookLM Chrome extension (“the Extension”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Extension. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of a parent or guardian to use it.

Description of Service

The Extension allows you to save web content directly to Google NotebookLM. Its features include:

• Clipping web pages, PDFs, and YouTube videos
• Managing notebooks from the browser sidebar
• Switching between multiple Google accounts

The Extension is available under a freemium model. Core features are provided free of charge. Additional premium features are available through paid subscription plans (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). A Google account is required to use NotebookLM.

Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT collection on our behalf. Charges on your bank or credit card statement will appear as “PADDLE.NET*WEBCLIPPER”.

Accepted payment methods are determined by Paddle and may include credit cards, PayPal, and other regional payment methods. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and Billing

Web Clipper for NotebookLM offers the following paid plans:

• Monthly plan: billed each month.
• Yearly plan: billed once per year.
• Lifetime plan: a one-time payment granting access for the lifetime of the product (see “Lifetime Subscription” below).

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

We may change subscription pricing at any time. If we do, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect at your next renewal. You may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net or by contacting Paddle support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

No prorated refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period. Lifetime plans are non-cancellable as they are one-time purchases.

Lifetime Subscription

The lifetime plan grants access to all premium features for the lifetime of the product. “Lifetime” refers to the operational life of Web Clipper for NotebookLM, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

The lifetime plan includes all features available at the time of purchase and any future updates released during the product's operational life. If we discontinue the product, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which provides a 14-day refund window on initial purchases. Please review the Refund Policy for full details, including eligibility and EU/EEA withdrawal rights.

Unofficial Service

This Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. It interacts with Google NotebookLM through unofficial and undocumented APIs.

Because of this:

• Google may change its APIs at any time
• The Extension may stop working without notice
• We cannot guarantee ongoing compatibility or reliability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain functionality, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Extension in accordance with Google's Terms of Service
• Use the Extension only for lawful purposes
• Take responsibility for any content you choose to clip
• Not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension
• Not attempt to misuse or disrupt the Extension

You are responsible for securing your Google account and credentials. The Extension does not manage or store passwords.

Your Data

When you sign in with Google, we collect and store your basic profile information (such as name, email address, and profile picture) along with your application preferences and usage data on our servers. We do not store your Google password.

All payment and billing data is handled exclusively by Paddle. We do not store your payment details.

Intellectual Property

The Extension is the property of Goldcoast Labs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Google, NotebookLM, Chrome, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. This Extension is an independent product and is not affiliated with Google.

You retain all rights to the content you save to NotebookLM.

Disclaimers

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Availability, accuracy, or reliability
• Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or NotebookLM

We are not responsible for issues arising from Google's services, including NotebookLM outages, API changes, account restrictions, or data loss.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldcoast Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill related to use of the Extension.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Extension shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or zero if you are using the free tier.

Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or restrict access to the Extension at any time without notice. Uninstalling the Extension deletes all locally stored preferences.

If you have an active paid subscription and we terminate your access for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. If your access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be provided.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Extension after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
